A control unit is queried through the K line, and data can be exchanged through the K line, the tester and the control unit. In other words, the K-line data is transmitted bidirectionally (from the tester to the control unit and from the control unit to the tester). The K line has been installed on the recently produced car. The L-line is the wire used to query the control unit, which is no longer present in the currently produced vehicles.
